Search Queries
Names, birth dates, or other terms entered in a search tool are sent to the outside provider that operates it. The provider processes the request under its own policy. Desha County Warrant Records does not retain or log those query terms on its own systems.
Messages and Contact Submissions
An email or contact submission may be retained long enough to answer and maintain the exchange. It is kept within the operating team unless disclosure is required by law.

No Warrant Data on File
Desha County Warrant Records does not host, compile, maintain, or sell a database of warrants or personal warrant records. It publishes civic routing information for the Circuit Clerk, State District Court departments, Sheriff, and official case portal. Visitor data is not assembled into consumer reports, and the operator is not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies power the search tools. Information submitted there is governed by that company’s privacy policy, retention rules, and sharing practices. Review those terms before entering a query because this policy does not control a partner’s system.

Links may lead to Arkansas courts, the Desha County offices, legal resources, advertisers, or search providers. Once a visitor leaves this domain, the destination’s privacy terms apply. Some advertising services may use their own technology to measure activity or select ads.

Applicable privacy and consumer-protection law may provide rights concerning personal data. Arkansas FOIA, A.C.A. §25-19-105, governs access to qualifying public records held by public custodians; it does not turn this private site into a government records office. At a minimum, you can:

- Opt out of certain kinds of data processing
